Makenna brings the love, compassion, support and knowledge that she herself looks for in a teacher to each class she teaches. Her positivity, confidence and empathy is felt through her language and her teaching style is challenging, yet accessible to all levels of yogis. Each class has a spiritual lesson allowing the asana (physical practice) to be an extension of the liberation we need when we step on the mat.
