Annie, a young woman, wakes up on the morning of her birthday and is immediately met with the anxieties of who has texted her, who she will talk to and how she will cover up her disdain for the day ahead. We watch as she gets ready for the day ahead and deals with her uncontrollable fears that come with it. 

After the narrative section of "sitting with it", a psychologist, neuroscientist, psychiatrist, and a person afflicted with anxiety give an in-depth explanation on the emotional turmoil that comes with anxiety, how to ameliorate the symptoms, and a path forward for greater connection, support, and compassion.
